Classroom Learning/Classroom Workshops
Based on the needs of your organization, we can provide an on-site comprehensive sales training program or distinct sessions designed to create improvement in specific areas of the sales process. We can work within your organizations’s existing sales process, providing needed refinement or augment your program with additional skill sets. Or, we will work with you in developing a company specific program and provide the necessary training for all levels within the sales organization
Field Training
To assist the sales person in translating classroom selling skills and simulated exercises into successful practical experiences, we can provide on-the-job sales training. This field sales training reinforces learned selling skills, provides immediate feedback, and offers support and encouragement for the novice sales person. This field approach can also be employed to evaluate the performance of existing sales staff and to create individualized improvement plans. In addition, we can work with your field sales managers in assuring an integrated seminar-field training approach. We have found that this type of seamless continuum has the highest impact on performance.
